Level means a Stage that is not a Castle, Tower, Ghost House, Ghost Ship, Secret, Toad House or Airship Stage.
Who/What: Hidden Luigis are thing that look like or are related to Luigi that are put in each stage.
Where: Hidden Luigis are in New Super Luigi Wii U.
